✅ Return Policy:

  • You may request a return within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

    • The product must be in the same condition as you received it.

  • Please include your invoice or order confirmation with the return.

🔁 Exchange Policy:

  • Products can be exchanged within 5 days of delivery if:

    • You received the wrong item, wrong size, or a damaged/defective product.

  • Exchange requests will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personal care items, sale/clearance items, or customized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective.

🛑 Important Notes:

  • Shipping costs for returns/exchanges must be borne by the customer, unless the issue is from our end (wrong/damaged item).

  • We reserve the right to reject returns if the product does not meet the above criteria.
